United Animal Friends (UAF) is hosting a reunion and barbecue picnic for all UAF adopters and their pets from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, at the ramada near the Prescott Dog Park on Willow Creek Road in Prescott.

Everyone who has adopted through UAF is invited to bring their pet or a photo and share their adoption stories. Pets will get to reunite with foster parents and littermates. It is an opportunity for UAF foster parents to see how their dedication has helped homeless animals find forever homes.

UAF is providing food and fun to celebrate successful dog and cat adoptions with their families.

In the event that people want to increase their families, adoptable UAF dogs will also be at the event. Photos of adoptable cats will be on display as well.

For more information about this and other UAF events, visit www.united animalfriends.org.
