Colin Howell receives scholarship
Colin Howell, a 2010 graduate of Prescott High School and the son of Bert and Ann Howell of Prescott, has accepted a four year NROTC Scholarship to Tulane University in New Orleans. Colin had to make a decision as to a Tulane University NROTC appointment or an appointment to the United States Air Force Academy. Wishing to serve his country as an officer in the United States Navy, while majoring in BioMedical Engineering, he selected The NROTC Tulane Scholarship. Tulane has matched the Navy Scholarship with a full four year Room and Board Scholarship.
