Senior Menus

Senior Menus for the week of Monday, Oct. 21 through Friday, Oct. 25:

Prescott Meals-on-Wheels serves from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at 1280 E. Rosser Street, Prescott; 445-7630. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Hungarian meatballs, mashed potatoes, California blend vegetables, biscuits, fruit salad, pudding.

Tuesday: Chef salad, potato salad, citrus slaw, bread, grapes and pears.

Wednesday: Lemon peppered fish, fries, carrots, salad, roll, apple pie.

Thursday: Chicken fried steak with country gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, oranges, cookie.

Friday: Scalloped potatoes with ham, green beans, Monty Carlo veggies, spinach salad, whole grain roll, brownie.

Prescott Valley Senior Nutrition Program serves from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 9360 E. Manzanita Circle, Prescott Valley; 772-3337, casapv.net. Menus subject to change.

Monday: American goulash, salad bar, garden salad, steamed vegetables, fruit compote.

Tuesday: Liver and onions, salad bar, garden salad, mashed potatoes and gravy, steamed vegetables, fruit Jell-O.

Wednesday: Tuna patties smothered with gravy, salad bar, coleslaw, skillet potatoes, steamed spinach, fruit.

Thursday: Honey baked ham, salad bar, garden salad, candied yams, green bean almandine, granite Gate cookies, fruit salad.

Friday: In house: Smorgasbord, salad bar. Home delivery: Chili and dogs, Mexi-rice, corn bread, fruit 'n pudding.

Chino Valley Senior Center Nutrition Program, 1021 W. Butterfield 636-9114 serves from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Menus subject to change.

Monday: Hungarian goulash with noodles, California blend vegetables, biscuits, fruit salad, pudding.

Tuesday: Quiche, skillet red potatoes with peppers, citrus slaw, zucchini bread, fresh grapes.

Wednesday: Lemon peppered fish, sweet potato fries, pea salad, whole grain roll, apple pie.

Thursday: Chicken tenderloin, noodles and lemon rosemary sauce, Brussels sprouts, chocolate cake.

Friday: Pulled pork on fresh roll, scalloped potatoes, spinach salad, peach pastry.
